Lena
Practice Manager
Lena was born and raised in Victoria, BC and has spent her whole life on a farm! From a young age, Lena has been very interested in horses, specifically the Western disciplines. Outside of work, Lena can be found helping run the family business, Karlena Farms. She specializes in breeding, training and showing miniature horses through her personal business. Lena also can be found riding and competing in reining, both on and off the Island, as well as being one of the stars in the Coastal Cowgirls drill team. Lena is currently attending Camosun College in pursuit of a degree in Accounting which she expects to finish in the Winter of 2022. Lena has been with the Swiftsure team since August 2019 and has been enjoying working on farm with Dr. Danica and Dr. Kaitlin, but equally excited to transition into the role of Practice Manager in May 2022!
