Hannah
Office & Vet Assistant
Hannah was born and raised in Victoria BC, and has been riding and spending time with horses for as long as she can remember. In her spare time, Hannah can be found working at her family farm, Heartfelt Farm, where they have a herd of therapy horses, both miniature and large! Hannah is also working towards becoming an established barefoot trimmer. She has recently joined Swiftsure Equine in August of 2024 and can be found in the office and on farm. Hannah is so happy to be apart of such a wonderful team!
